	Free EXCHANGE FACILITY(Prescription Lenses Only) For a period of one month from the date of despatch, lenses will be exchanged free of charge for lenses of a different prescription. For a period of three months the practitioner is also entitled to free adjustments where technically possible. Lenses will not be exchanged for minor power modifications, these must be returned for modification. Lenses will not be exchanged for tint changes.

3 MONTHS EXCHANGE/WARRANTY
We have introduced an extended 3-month exchange/warranty facility.
This means you can extend your free one-month exchange to three months at minimal cost, this facility must be requested when ordering new lenses.
Please note that the one month exchange facility & the 3-month adjustment facility will not be affected by this service.

SPARE PAIR FACILITY
This facility allows the practitioner to order a spare pair of lenses to the final specification at a discount of 25% off the original cost within the first three months.

CANCELLATION FACILITY
Lenses may be returned at any time during the first three months from the date of despatch for cancellation, 50% of the original cost will be refunded upon the return of the original lenses.
